75% Chardonnay, 25% Chardonnel – Floral aromas with a crisp clean taste and hint of lemon
2006 Cabernet Franc – $16
100% Cabernet Franc – Barrel Aged – Earthy aromas, hints of smoke and cherry with a coffee finish
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon – $16
100% Cabernet Sauvignon – Barrel Aged – Cherry aromas with a long, blackberry finish
2006 Merlot – $15
90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc – Barrel Aged – Smooth with spice, black pepper, and clove aromas
Moon Glow - $14
Note: our white Merlot version of Moon Glow is sold out – until our 2010 vintage is ready it will be:
100% Traminette – Granny Smith Apple tones make a refreshing wine for this hot summer
Scarlet Sunrise - $13
A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Chardonnay create an explosion of flavor in this chilled, semi-sweet wine
White Mojo – $13
100% Pinot Gris – Oak hints from the barrel fermentation and aging of a portion of this wine enhances the mouth feel of this unfiltered gris style wine.
Velvet Sky – $12
A semi-sweet red with a velvety mouth feel that we serve chilled.
WINE FREEZERS NOW AVAILABLE:

Just add a bottle of wine (Velvet Sky for the Sangria and White Mojo for the rest) some water, shake, and either freeze or serve over ice. So simple and easy – yet so yummy! Perfect for picnics or tailgating.

White Rock Sangria
2 Bottles Scarlet Sunrise
1/2 lime
1/2 lemon
1 orange
1 cup maraschino cherry juice
12 or so maraschino cherries
1 – 20 oz. can sliced pineapple in natural juice
1 cup orange Kool-aid – made per packet directions
Pour both bottles of Scarlet Sunrise in a gallon container with lid.
Slice all the citrus fruit and add to the wine along with all the other
ingredients. Refrigerate for 3 days and enjoy!
